Can subcontractors access Jet.Build?
Yes! You can invite unlimited subcontractors and external collaborators to Jet. Access is permission-based, and your account setup includes user role controls review and training to ensure everyone sees only what they need to.

Can Jet.Build integrate with Sage Accounting?
Yes. Jet currently integrates with Sage Intacct. If you’re using another Sage product, we’ll work with you to connect it. Jet’s open source API architecture allows flexible integration with third-party systems.

How long does onboarding take?

What is your pricing model?
Simple, transparent licensing:

  • Project-Based: Ideal for firms running approximately 1–5 active jobs
  • All-Inclusive: For firms running approximately 8+ active jobs

All plans include unlimited users and access to the full Jet suite. No cost+ module pricing, no hidden fees, and no percentage-based price gauging.

Do you charge per user?
No. All plans include unlimited users—internal and external.

Is pricing annual or monthly?
Jet.Build licenses are billed annually. We typically offer 1-year and 3-year terms, with volume discounts and onboarding incentives for multi-year commitments.

Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden fees. All pricing is clearly scoped and locked in before signing. All plans include unlimited users and access to the full Jet suite. No cost-plus module pricing, no hidden fees, and no percentage-based price gauging.

Do you offer volume discounts or enterprise pricing?
Yes. The more projects you manage with Jet, the lower your per-project cost. We want you to scale affordably.

What’s the total cost of ownership?
We’ll work with you to scope:

  • Licensing (annual or multi-year)
